Returns or exchanges are permitted, provided the customer purchased the product through our website and it is within 30 days of the original invoice date.

Shoes must be in the original condition, free of wear and tear and must be thoroughly clean. Dirty shoes will be returned to the customer without evaluation.

Shipping charges are not refundable. All exchanges will be shipped via surface delivery at no charge to the customer.

1. Fill out and print this Return form
2. Print your address label and put the filled form inside of your package with the item(s) to return. Tape the label on the package.
3. Send the package via a trackable method, such as US Mail Delivery Confirmation, UPS, or Federal Express. If we don't get your shoes we can't help you.

Once we receive your return, please allow up to 15 business days to complete your return or exchange.
